Shortly after I got my car back with
with new brakes(new rottors and pads not cheap) I found out that parking brakes do not hold anymore. That's the bummer. I did contact representative next day and he was very helpful to get me in the same day and brakes supposingly where adjusted, but they still not holding car on the steep hill. I was given explanation that new rottors need to settle in- I think it's not true. New 2019 camry with brake pedal (not electrik brake)from factory has functional parking brakes without settle in. I think problem is that mechanics do not know how actually deal with old fashion parking brakes and also that 2019 camry can still have this kinda brakes.
