Express lane techs wear black gloves while working. They also wear the same gloves while driving my vehicle. Some techs are using industrial sprays and other chemicals that I do not want on my steering wheel or other surfaces in my vehicle. Also, unlike before moving to express lane system in May for oil changes, the seat is not covered and a floor mat cover is not provided. Would like to see changes made in those regards. Thank you.
