Brakes got done two months ago and were very squeaky upon receiving my vehicle back. Called the dealership 9 times and left four voicemails for someone to return my call and get in contact with me-no one did. Finally upon me calling again did someone reach back out many weeks later. When I finally got Justin on the phone he said “I’m not sure if I ever got a voicemail from you, I’ll have to double check.” After pressing him on his statement he admitted to receiving it weeks prior. Worst string of customer service I’ve ever been a part of.

He worked on our behalf to ensure that the recall was completed-which was a problem as I had an appointment at noon today, which didn’t seem to have been made in your computer system. My estimate for 3 services supposed to be $504 total … got to add $15 for light bulb… I have told to use 50$ off discount from my email, still get over charged for scrapping and disposal— this is hidden fees , got brought up at the end of my visit…:((( sad … I did agree to 1 estimate, but received different at the end … I been Smart motors customer since 2018 looks like I would need to change place for car services… very disappointed

From start off my pick up to finish just felt like I was there to pay and leave. I walked in, told to go to service area to pick up vehicle. First customer service rep is busy understandable. Second is on the phone with her crying child, again understandable but take that call in private. Was super awkward. Said she’ll be right with me and gets another customer. Another rep walks in and helps me. Tells me to sign the paper and gives me the keys. Also received a phone call. Didn’t explain anything to me or ask if I have questions told me my car was in a certain number spot turns out to be a different number. Was just overall felt like I was brushed off and worse off the car still vibrates hard randomly… clearly when it was there it was not occurring but as soon as I got in it, it was didn’t even have to drive off.. made no sense and 250ish bucks wasted. Hope someone else has better luck than me with these guys.
