I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 to get my tires rotated and I had to wait an hour and a half. That isn’t an acceptable turn around time when I had an appointment. I was then offered 2 car wash coupons for free but when I explained I already had a monthly subscription to unlimited car washes somewhere else and that they are useless to me I was told that they couldn’t offer me anything else. Just an incredibly bad experience.

Came to the lobby to shore the cabin filters and current use and informed of when to replace in the future. Some time we need these visuals to help us to understand the issure and wear.

I stopped to talk to parts regarding my key fob .part of it came out..desk help polite but a man who must be some sort manager told me I must have pulled it out with my fingernail ( I am a working girl have no long nails) and I was responsible..he would not help me..a 40,0000 plus new car I just bought and some manager man talks to me like a naughty girl ..won’t buy car from this dealership again ..
