The service and associate were good, but my car came back with smudges on the hood from the person who opened it. Also, the inside driver side door had smudges that I had to clean off when I got home. The car interior is very susceptible to oil from hands. The technicians need to be more clean/careful when handling the car. Otherwise everything was great.

The tech that worked on my cat lied about the service that he claimed he did. The service guy got upset with me beefsteak I caught the lies and was rude with me. I requested a manager and was told no one was there. To call Diana no part name given tomorrow to complain. This is the worst service I have ever received from this dealership. Nothing to do with the service provided, but I must point out the 3% charge for credit card transaction is a bit unexpected from your type of industry. Also, when a certain amount is spent... Considering a 3% charge was added... It would be a nice touch to have your customers find a washed car.... Just food for thought.

I first made an appointment about two weeks ago for the recall issues for my Ioniq5. When I arrived, I was told that nobody would be able to service my car because the “system” had been down all morning. Obviously not your fault, but it would’ve been nice to get a text prior to my driving all the way down there that you wouldn’t be able to help me. I took a morning off work for nothing.
So I came back two weeks later. Obviously you all were busy, but expected time for completion was about 3.5-4 hours. In reality, it took about 6 hours. I get the feeling that it would’ve been even longer if I hadn’t inquired about the status of my vehicle.
Furthermore, would’ve been nice to at least offer to wash my car due to the delay. I know you all are busy and overworked and everyone was perfectly nice, but I had to take way more time off of work than I think I should’ve needed to.
