I could not receive an estimate of how long my car would take to repair because the part needed (thermostat) for the repair had no tracking information, so I was told. The part had to be ordered. I find it hard to believe that a manufacturer or courier service is unable to provide tracking information on a shipment for a part. Whenever I purchase anything online, I’m able to see tracking information for that purchase. This meant that I had to check in periodically with Joey to see if my car was ready in order to book my car rental for the right amount of days. Other than this, getting the repair done was easy and straightforward.

Also to add on to my previous statement, no one wants to take any accountability for the wrongful service done. It doesn’t matter whether it was you or not, the service was done by Hyundai, your company. The management especially needs to review their customer service. They only represent themselves. They do not view Hyundai as a whole and let all kinds of horrible service go unchecked. AND, no one can find records of all my previous services done to my vehicles. Just a summary with no details?! Irresponsible. What a scam like tactic.

I heard a lady said she didn’t have appointment and she went before me. I had a 8:15 am appointment and i got there on time. I ended up waiting 3 hrs when the person told me it was supposed to be 1.5 hrs. What’s the point of making appointments. I would have been the first one there had I known it was first come first. That’s 3 hrs I can’t get back. This is all I have to say. No need to call me I won’t pick up.
