I asked for a complimentary service and trusted the representative to which I was tricked to pick an option that I did not want. I don't understand why Hyundai has its representatives do this when I already expressed what I wanted. Hyundai and it's representatives have lost my trust and now I'm out of hundreds of dollars turning the whole experience into a nightmare.

Takes to long for an oil change, my appointment was at 7:45am. I arrived and waited 3hours for an oil change, the service writer was very nice, the technician fort got to reset my service light, other than that everything else was okay
