Repair took six days. Communication was non existent after the first day. Over several days of calling I was not able to find out the status of the repair, or the reason for delay. Twice I spent over 45 minutes on the line waiting for a service manage to answer and no one picked up. I understand now that Joey had a family emergency, but I would expect there would be a protocol for other service managers to cover and keep customers informed. The use of status texts would help as calling is not ideal. In the end the car was repaired, but it was not a great experience.
