It took 45 minutes to drop my car off with a 10 am appointment on 12/16. The work on the car was completed late 12/24. Not sure if part never ordered or what the delay was or what caused it. Communication was very confusing, mostly text that raised more questions than answers. The whole process from drop off to pick up was frustrating and confusing

It took another 25 minutes to check out because he didn’t know the status and had to go find out. He apologized both in the morning and the evening but it was irritating.

I had an appt at 8:30 and I arrived a couple of minutes early after receiving several text reminders. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get my paperwork because there were 4 customers in line ahead of me. I had a similar experience when picking up as Lawrence had to finish up with another customer and I waited another 20 minutes to finish up
Lawrence is very polite and courteous but you need more service advisors to speed up this process. One of the parts needed to complete my service was not available and I was told I have to come back to get this done. This is all taking too much time as I have to drive down from San Francisco
