Overall everything was great. My car was ready much faster than expected, and the staff was helpful when I asked a question. My complaint is that no one told me what was happening. When I got there, I was told to wait in the lounge and someone would come get me, but no one ever came. Also, I never got a chance to do the service rep to talk about a secondary issue. They just took the car and did the recall work. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it would have been better had the staff communicated what was going on.

Terrible communication. He promised to call me between 2-3pm and never did. I left him several voices messages but never called back. I had to call many other people at your dealership to find out what the problem was but all messages went to voicemail. Eventually I called the front desk to walk over to the service dept and talk to Danny AND still her never called. Finally I went to the service center. His appolohies felt meaningless. AND the rattle in my car was NEVER fixed Danny promised to call me today and never did. Absolutely terrible service both from Danny and the quality of car service.

I waited 2 hours before I could talk to the service advisor when dropping off my car. Then I waited another 2 hours in the lobby before I can talk to the service advisor again in order to pick up my car. I was charged more than $360 for a oil change and a tire rotation. This is my last time to get ripped off by Hyundai of San Bruno. Thank you.

Our service appointment was on Thursday morning and the car was to be taken to AW collision upon completion. When I came to pick the car up on Saturday, the service had not been completed yet. The manager expedited the process and got us our car within the hour, but when I spoke with the man who did the service, he hadn’t addressed the number one issue we listed on areas for focus within the service (wheel alignment).
