The Service that was completed was excellent but there were two open issues/questions that I had that weren’t answered because too late in the day in a a Friday.

This the 6 time going back for.the same at the end they order the wrong part for the control window i lose again my day and they order again the part i.will need to wait again will be 7 time for the same problem almost 15 months to fix something..
