I did not anticipate that the Instrument Cluster dimming problem would require replacing the part and leaving the car at the dealer for more than three days. On top of that surprise, I was not provided a loaner vehicle. Even though transportation to and from the dealership was provided, it is not acceptable to keep vehicles overnight and not provide a loaner. This was very inconvenient for me. While George ultimately delivered on the repair timeline originally committed, I feel he could have better communicated progress so I wouldn’t have to make multiple calls for updates. Ultimately, the repair was successful, and I appreciate the vehicle being returned in excellent, clean condition.

I was disappointed on the day that I was scheduled to do my recall on my Tucson because I scheduled the appt. Last July and per scheduler told me she ordered the parts that needs to be change in my car but when I was there on my schedule day I received a text at 1220 pm telling me they don’t have the parts that they need to put on my car so I don’t understand why where in fact the parts was ordered by the person who scheduled my appt. So it will be available when my appt.comes so I was really upset I did not like it coz I took some day off to handle this recall appt.but someone probably used it for another customer for the same reason ( recalll appt). So I rescheduled it hoping I will get a sooner appt.but the desk clerk told me the next one will be in October 8 But the only thing that I was happy about you service is u did wash my car and I appreciate that service and also u check Wht is needed to be done in my car and thank you for doing that.

My service advisor Isoefo was great and very helpful, but it took 30 minutes after my appointment to get help.
There was also an unpleasant smell of sewage in the waiting area near the restrooms.
