Parts were not ordered when I had been told (in writing) that they had been. No one bothered to check before my service appointment if they had arrived. So I had to come back a second time. Making the appointment with Matthew a second time was challenging. Never picked up phone. Voice mail box was full. When I finally did get appointment and showed up I was told he had went home. His boss did help me and got the repair finished but the entire process was frustrating and time consuming

Matthew texted me to tell me my car was ready. The text asked if I needed a ride to the dealership. I responded “yes”, but no Lyft was scheduled. I waited. I texted Matthew three more times and phoned repeatedly (busy signal) and got no response. Calls to the service department led to voicemail. Eventually I had to inconvenience my wife to drive me to the dealership. Matthew’s excuse was he was at lunch. A poor excuse since two hours after the first text, he had still not responded. Horrible, horrible service!

Mr George me atendió con un tono de voz muy agresivo ,No tiene táctica profesional para estar atendiendo al cliente .Se lo hice saber y me contesto mas mal ya que pedí si me podía atender otra persona ya que no me gustaba su tono de voz .No pude arreglar mi auto ayer regreso hoy y espero que por fin mi auto sea arreglado ya que tiene un recall y con hoy es tres veces que voy y no se me ha arreglado el defecto que tiene de fábrica el vehículo.

How long does it take to change a flat tire? It took Hyundai of San Bruno a week to change the tire. My car arrived Friday 6/26 and Mathew called me on 7/3 to confirm my warranty includes tires, rims and windshield. No one called me to pick up my vehicle, I came in today on 7/6. Luckily, it was ready. Unfortunately, it doesn’t take one week to fix a flat tire. I called the shop everyday for a status update. Good luck trying to get a phone call back. I’m going to have say my experience with this issue was unsatisfactory.

Elizabeth was wonderful! She got me started as soon as I came in and knew about my first experience a few weeks earlier. I had waited 2 hours and my car didn't move from the front door, where the SA that day left it, so I got my keys back and left. But Elizabeth made sure my warranty service got taken care of immediately and kept me informed of the progress, while helping other customers too! She explained everything thoroughly when my car was ready. She was so friendly and pleasant and made my day! Gold stars for her!! ??????????
