George got my car fixed after a previous service advisor had left and I assume didn’t communicate who his clients were and the issues with his colleagues. It took about 3 weeks when I thought it’d be regular maintenance that ended up opening up other issues.

Advisor John gave me his direct extension to call for an additional appointment to replace a steering wheel coupler. I left a message the next day, but never received a callback. His mailbox was full when I tried again several times. I called the service dept. # and was told they would have John call me. After 3 weeks and no callback, I found someone else to do the work at a much lower price.
