The communication was poor, received an email stating my appointment was cancelled after being told I could fill out a form and skip waiting for an advisor. Had to drive down and clarify the appointment was still on. It took 6 hours to complete an oil change and simple inspection. I was told I would receive text message updates but never did. The communication was very poor, and this has occurred all 4 times I have gone to this location.

Liz was absolutely FANTASTIC! Unfortunately the part that was said to have been ordered for my vehicle and needed to repair my car could not be found. I drove for 40 mins to get to the dealership, waited 3 hours and left with less gas in the tank and no repair. Pretty disappointing.

You were kind enough to bring me home by uber since my husband was home alone, ( he is disbbled).
You said that I would receive a call when the car was ready.
I received a call at 2:20 saying car was ready and I would receive a text from a driver to bring me back in approx 15 minutes. I never received a text and when I tried to call the service dept no one answered and the person who had called had a Mailbox full reply. this was 2 Hours. I finally asked a friend to bring my husband and I to Hyndai to pick up the car.
I will do something differently next time. Maybe pay someone to stay with my husband and just wait there, maybe it would be quicker. Drop off at 10:30 pick up at 5?

She was obviously busy but efficient and friendly. I didn’t feel like she was rushing to get me out of the way, and she answered my questions even though they weren’t about the service I was there to get.
Tbh, I was worried about what the experience was going to be like after reading Yelp reviews which quite frankly made me want to avoid San Bruno, but I was happy with the experience. I’m not quite sold since this was a simple 5k service but will be more comfortable bring my car there in the future.
