From the moment I dropped off my car in the morning till I picked it up later in the day, Elizabeth was excellent. She listened to the things I wanted the service center to look into. She also actually contacted me later in the day when my car was ready which is something that doesn't happen all the time. Overall, my experience with Elizabeth was great. She has a great positive demeanor and makes you feel comfortable. Moving forward, she will be my preferred service advisor. I appreciate her approach to dealing with her customers. Thanks Elizabeth!

Maintenance was performed - this was satisfactory. However, there was a glitch with the camera associated with turn signal when used. No car owner would like to experience this because we came for a routine service and then the turn signal camera was affected. We paid for the maintenance and drove to your service location. Before you return our car, just make sure that it is what it was when we came prior (which was no issues) because it is hassle and inconvenient. We’ve been trying to call and reach for a personnel from the service department and was sent to a voicemail. Operator was helpful but we were transferred to a line where we can’t talk to a person regarding our issue. It could have been better if service department was picking up calls/attentive to our needs. Communication is important in this case because we value our vehicle and we reached out to you because you are the subject experts. However, you let us down, thus, our first experience is not good at all.

Not at all, the emergency (parking) brake that was supposed to be fixed, does not work, and they put a big scratch on my left fender! We need to address these issues immediately.

Elizabeth is terrific. Problem seems to be overbooking so that I am booked for 9 am appointment, arrived at 8:30. Car not taken into shop until nearly 12:00. Work was swift so I was on my way by 1pm but that was a long, long time in the waiting room and I lost a whole morning. Even so, your dealership is best by far of the other two in the Bay Area. Elizabeth is a winner; be sure no company lures her away!
