We had a flat tyre and were dropped off at Hyundai San Bruno at around 10-15am by the Tow truck. We spoke to the employee who said there was only one advisor on site and was overwhelmed so would give appointments priority. We had to wait for nearly 2 hours before someone came at spoke to us. We left that place at 2pm which was nearly 4 hours later. I was not happy with the service provided. It could have been handled better. We were stuck since the car was not driveable.
