We were told one of the main issues we brought the car in for servicing was fixed and ok and that is not the case. I feel not listened to and taken advantage of for the $2200 bill with issues that were not addressed even though I was told everything was in good shape and addressed. Not the right way to do business. Please contact me so that the car can be fixed properly as this safety issue continues.

I had to ask the receptionist for a response after waiting 15 minutes after checkin and no one had checked on my car or asked for the keys. Apparently there was a software update which had not been installed. My car software started malfunctioning while I was driving until after I agreed to install the software.

Checking in for the service was a bit disorganized. We waited around 15-20 minutes to be helped, and that was after I went up to a customer service agent to ask to be helped. Kevin himself did a good job the best he could and was courteous and calm. The front desk staff I feel did not communicate to us properly how long the wait was going to be.
