Hyundai of San Bruno Auto Repair Service

The service rep was responsive, welcoming, knowledgeable, (i had a non service question) and respectful of my needs as a customer given the full schedule for the day.

Vehicle service not completed on a timely basis. At the end of the day I was offered a loaner car. However , there was a long delay (40 minutes ) to finish paperwork for loaner car. Service advisor and service manager need more coordination. Receptionist desk is useless. Unable to contact service advisor on the following business day to learn when my vehicle would be available

The advisor Elizabeth, was really friendly and new exactly what my car needed on this service visit. kept me posted during the process and progress of the maintenance. My car was on time, and she help me to schedule my next appointment. Really satisfied.

Elizabeth was friendly, helpful, dedicated and stayed after hours to make sure we got our car back. She made the whole experience. Thank you!

My experience at the service was great. However, I am noticing an unfamiliar sound with the car and am trying to get in touch with someone to discuss but cannot get a hold of anyone after calling several times and leaving a message.
