Communication on the status of my vehicle was lacking. Elizabeth was out sick, but nobody followed up with me in her absence. I have never felt the level of service was of a luxury brand like Mercedes. I left my car on Tuesday but you didn't start diagnosing the car until Thursday afternoon and it took almost 3 weeks to fix it.

The engine light on my Genesis GV70 suddenly showed up one weekend. I called the Genesis of San Bruno and they were quick to get me an appointment the following week. I absolutely loved the service I got there. Elizabeth Czahar there was very professional which made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I was offered a loaner for the entire week my car was with the dealership. She was quick in ordering the required parts and fixing the issue.
Genesis of San Bruno is my go to service center from now on and Elizabeth is my go to person for any car related queries. I greatly appreciate her dedication and excellent work.

I had several pending concerns for the car I bought in November, for example I only got one key. After following up with sales for a long timetime to order the spare key, I finally got them to order it. Even the paperwork regarding CPO was never done. ELIZABETH WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and called me the night before I was leaving out of town for my birthday and ACTUALLY LISTENED to my concern with my car. She was able to get my car serviced in the morning and her customer service skills were AMAZING!! Not only was she able to get my car serviced the next day but also got it be washed and provided me a ride to and from work. She took away all my stress and really helped me feel better about my car.
