Elizabeth's customer service was a vast improvement from my 1st service visit to San Bruno. She was friendly, respectful, and kept me apprised of the status of my vehicle. However, not to Elizabeth's fault, my service visit took an hour longer than expected due to the OTA updates not taking and had to be redone.
