Elizabeth shows that she cares about the customer. She greeted me outside when I brought the car in and she kept me informed when she would have any information about my car. This was not a simple oil change or tire rotation. This took time to diagnose a problem with the modem the car uses to communicate with Genesis and the app and she and the technician were determined to figure it out.
