Elizabeth was fantastic, however I do have additional feedback on your service department. My car was three weeks old and having serious electrical problems with turn signals that suddenly weren’t working and no one answers the phone at your service department. I called six times and there is no option to do anything other than schedule an appointment three months out. I called the sales department twice and they told me they would have someone from service call which they never did. So finally, I had to just drive the car in and then was initially told it wouldn’t be possible to look at my car because I didn’t have an appointment. I had to wait half an hour to even get to fully explain the issue to someone.

Lawrence was very good at keeping us updated. The car was sch ruled for a service based on an email we received that we were due for a service but not until we asked if service was done he said they did not know it was to be serviced. Several of our concerns on a list were not satisfactorily resolved as they could not duplicate. We sent a recording of a noise the car makes and was told they could not hear anything. I played the recording with David in the car and he heard it. Our biggest concern is the fact that the car has bogged down after a stop and has almost died. Took 4 calls to just get an appointment. Left multiple messages and didn't receive a return call until issue was escalated to service manager.
Why was I charged $64 for the loaner? Paperwork I received on day I picked up the loaner had no such costs.
I asked during drop-off and again on the phone when told that vehicle was ready to pleas charge the car to at least 40% so that I could drive more than an hour home. I picked it up with 18% left and had to stop and charge.
During drop-off I mentioned a crack in the passenger front door grab handle. Lawrence said he would work up a quote...haven't received one.

The only less than optimal part of the service experience was that the techs had not completed the service when I arrived to pick up my car Saturday afternoon. I had a commitment Saturday night in St. Helena and I wasn’t able delayed almost 90 minutes waiting for the service to be completed.

Liz is great. She does everything she can. But San Bruno mgmt I feel lacks the bar of success. I feel your team need more service advisors more flexibility of appointments and Saturday service. Your service advisors should not be stressed out. San Bruno needs to figure out what they need. I want to buy a new car the phone rings off the hook. The car has to be serviced silenced. George needs to get the cob out of his **** and be friendly.

I dropped it off o Tuesday and they said the car ready on Friday morning. I understand that you are busy, but if it was going to be to take a long time, you should have told me from the beginning, and you should have told me know how long it would take.I made a lot of calls and text , but it was so hard because I couldn’t communicate.
