While I had a pleasant experience in a) Scheduling the appointment to do the safety recall on my car b) Having my car picked up and delivered back at my house, I honestly have been incredibly frustrated by the complete lack of communication from your dealership's service team. This is for the following reasons: a) Nobody ever called me to agree with me on when the car would be returned to me. I simply received a text message stating something on the lines of "your car is on your way to you" (what if I wasn't home, what if I was somewhere else other than home. Some coordination would've been right to be done for this purpose). b) When I received the car, the summary paperwork delivered to me with the car stated simply that a software update had been done but there was no mention of whether a part was replaced or whether the safety recall was completed or if anything else needed to be done c) After seeing this, I called your dealership still with a couple of hours left on the workday on Friday 10/11/2024 to ask for more details. I was told that the service representative (Elizabeth) in charge of my car was not available and left a message asking for her to call me back. She never did d) On Monday 10/14/2024 I called again, and again was told that Elizabeth was not available. I gave my phone number and ask for her to please called me back. She again never did. e) It is now the end of 10/15/2024 and I have not received yet any call back from Elizabeth or anybody else from your dealership and, trying to call again, nobody is picking up the phone at your service department. It is honestly frustrating that nobody is actually taking the time to talk to me to explain what was done to my car and if there is anything that still needs to be done on it to complete the safety recall. Reading in the notice I received from Genesis, which stated that this is an important recall whose lack can result on a loss of power on my car, the absolute silence from your dealership's service team is beyond frustrating.
