I got there at 12:50 and left at 3:45. For an oil change and what I was told a simple recall. Which I'm not sure if they did. The service team is very nice. But, thats a long time for an oil change. Its my second one on my car and the first time was 2 hours. I sure was hoping it was a fluke the first time.

I was charged more the quoted on the phone then over charged and that money was held up in my account for a week when that payment was voided then offered a discount of $36 then my account charged another amount that was only $15 off the price. Then come to find out my jeep was in there for a computer issue but instead very little time was spent on that because they spent most of their time checking fluids and windshield wipers instead of the task at hand. Had an appointment for 945 but was told there was an appointment at 845 if we wanted to show up early so we did then sat there for 4 hours before it was ever looked at. Then the hour they claim they were working on the jeep we watched the workers walk around talking and leaning against the tool box. Very unhappy will never return again with this kind of customer service

It was discussed with Mr. Caldwell, when he contacted me with what was found with my Jeep, and I was told that I needed an oil change, on top of the other issue (front brake lines). He was told specifically NOT to do the oil change at this time, that I would have that done a a later date. He acknowledged that and made initial monetary adjustments to the work estimates to NOT include the oil change. Well, once I got home after picking up my Jeep, I noticed they did, in fact do an oil change and was thus charged for it, along with the other work done. Plus, had to wait slightly over two weeks to get my Jeep back because, you all did not have a couple of rubber brake lines and a few line clips in stock. I can understand something of greater significance not being in stock, but, common rubber brake line hoses? Anyway, the main gripe is being charged for an oil change that I did not approve.
