Pettus took my original “quote” were I in fact wrote every single thing down quoted to me (parts, fluids, gaskets, bolts, and nuts). After multiple attempts to see an actual invoice I was NEVER given access to that. I kept getting deflected on my questions and never getting answers. I will not be coming back to Pettus in the future! The women in services was extremely dismissive and at times rude.
