Jackie was awesome! It was clear from the beginning he was there for me and I wasn’t interrupting his work. I told him I would like a rental if available. Instead of just agreeing with me, he told me that it should only about an hour, would that be too long to wait? I told him no, that’s not long. But in the past it has been over a 2 hour wait! He looked at his watch and told me it will be ready at about 12:40 and wrote it down on my paperwork! I was very impressed by his professionalism!
