Explained everything, got me the rental car and stand by until I was ready to go just in case I had any questions.
When my car was done he walked with me to the car to make sure everything is working correctly!

Honestly, the service team at the Eden Prairie Nissan dealership is hands down the best I have ever done business with for my routine vehicle maintenance. The people are genuinely caring and the waiting area is amazing! It’s Roomy, inviting and always has plenty of beverages to choose from and snacks, also a wide variety of Magazine’s and TV! Very comfortable! I’m guessing that it is a great place to work for because it shows!
Over all it far exceeds the 1-10 chart! I give it 1000 stars!

Programming service was completed which is appreciated but was given an original approximate timeline of 45-60 minutes. Ended up taking 1.5 hours.
Also, the cost of programming was $139. I called another Nissan dealership and they quoted a cost of $40. I would have cancelled the service but chose not to as it was already in progress. That is a significant cost difference. The service rep I worked with was very responsive and did a good job.
