They raised the price of oil changes by $50 when truck shop opened I will not be bringing our trucks for service anymore. Have been loyal customer till this. Service person showed me that oil went up $11 since my last service. About 40 days ago but couldn’t explain the other $40.

My car was part of the brake lining recall. Before I got home, after it was “fixed”, I could push my brakes all the way to the floor and the “brake fluid low” light came in! So that was the unsatisfactory part of my experience. Today you sent a mechanic to my house and he worked diligently to find the problem and fix it. And that was the good part of my experience.
My biggest concern over this was that I frequently drive my 90 year old mom and/or some of my grandkids in the Edge. Not having brakes could have been a disaster.
