I requested oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I was advised that vehicle needed rear brakes and rotors which I agreed to have done. I left registration and insurance cards on the console for the inspection. Window stickers showed expiration 8/24. I had to return to your establishment on Saturday when I realized vehicle still had the old stickers. Evidently when I requested “inspection” there was confusion and thought I requested all points inspection. Do not understand this. It took another hour out of my day.

When i made the appointment I explain there were no codes but I was having a rough idle and rough run issue with poor fuel mileage. I then spent two evenings taking the truck to and from your dealership and paying you 99 dollars just to be told "there are no engine codes so there's no issue" I thought I was clear and was getting a diagnostic other than there's no codes. I don't have an issue paying for service and everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind but I don't believe this was a fair deal. Thanks

Normally I’m very happy with the work and service being a long term customer through myself and my family but, I still have an issue with the wind noise in my trunk its actually sounds worse. when they replaced the part or seal that was broken on my hatch they broke something else and when fixing that it doesn’t seem like a clean job so much they melted my bumper. Even though they ordered me a new bumper I just feel things were not handled carefully and now I have to go through another visit worried about if it will go well. I understand mistakes happen but this makes you really question the trust you have in the work

When I entered the shop, I was greeted with a smile and a courteous greeting. I was also amazed by the update on Ruby(F150) every step of the process to find solutions to fix my truck.
