The service on the car is always fine, but I was not happy with the pickup.
My car is always parked in the City Garage, so I went there to get it, and pull it around to the front of the building. When I got to the front of the building, no one was there, and I did not receive a call, it was my understanding that you were going to call. So, I decided to drive the car to you.
It would have been ok if you would have just taken me back home, but instead there was talk of how I was going to have a very long wait. That’s ridiculous. Apparently there was a mixup, but you should have said we will take you home just as soon as we have someone available.
