As a whole, the problem with my experience was the manner in which ford handles the repair process. Parts not being available Is completely unacceptable. I doubt I will ever buy another Ford product. I have no problem whatsoever with how Mike handled the situation. He was professional and explained things clearly. You should maintain him, he is a gem.
