We are still having same problems with
Heat, having to add anti freeze etc….we are going to a backcountry yurt and won’t have cell service…. Would appreciate a text or email to assist diagnosing this problem

They left the tag hanging on the rear view mirror and mud or wet dirt on the driver side doorway. I felt whoever worked on my vehicle didn’t care about the customer. The vehicle should have been returned as it was brought in. Perhaps even cleaner.
I’ve had service where they actually ran the vehicle through a car wash before returning it to me.

Both me and my wife work during to week, that’s why we schedule are car and truck on Saturday appointments. It would be nice if you have a master technician working on Saturday also. We have to come back for are truck and one of us will have to take the day off during the week because what we need done. Customer service is what drives your business and if you need the support on Saturday than the cards are in your hand. Thank you
