I was charged $175 to determine if there was an engine problem from a "noise" I thought may have been from my engine, but no anomaly was observed and I was charged $175!! I was advised by service tech assigned to me there would be no charge.

I was given zero updates about what was going on with my truck. I went in for routine maintenance and to check out a light that was coming on my dash lights. 8 am appointment, at noon I finally get someone to check on my truck and all the maintenance was done but still running other tests on the light issue. Fed up I finally get my truck back 2 hours later, drive out of the parking lot and the light comes right back on. As I look at the receipt it says tire rotation was declined for lug nut concern, I was never asked about it or told about the concern, so basically the maintenance was not all completed. I know people get busy but if they aren’t going to rotate the tires, come tell me. If they finish the maintenance and the light looks like a bigger issue, come tell me. If I knew my “2 hour service” was gonna be 6 hours and still not done, I would’ve never bothered with it.

I had my vehicle in there for the entire day to check a water leak on the driver side headliner/a pillar. The techs said that they could not replicate the leak however after I left, I went to the car wash and 5 minutes after getting the vehicle washed I’ve again had a water spot develop in the exact same spot that I had advised them about. Now I get to rake it to another dealership and spend another day getting a problem fixed that should have been addressed
