It took almost 2 hours for a simple tire rotation. I have purchased 7 new Toyota vehicles over the years from Thompson Toyota in Doylestown PA. It is the service department that keeps me coming back. The service itself at Pueblo Toyota is fine. It is the scheduling. The wait time for routine maintenance is too long.

The only issue I have is with the amount of time that it takes for the service to be completed.
I set an appointment for a specific date and time, however, it takes over 2 hours every time I get regular maintenance/service performed.
I have no other complaints and I understand that the service department is very busy.
I’ll be back next time to hang out LOL!
