He was rude because I checked in early. I live out of town and arrived to early. He said thats why we have appointment times. It backs us up when you arrive early. We'll Im sorry it inconvenienced Toyota a few minutes. U paid almost $50k for this Grand Highlander and was inconvenienced since last November waiting on a f'n key because of chip shortages. Your man was out of line! Pissed me off enough that next time I buy a car will be with a different dealer. We have bought quite a number of vehicles from Pueblo Toyota but? I cannot stand rude assholes.

The service was okay but I walked up to ask her a simple question and as I was standing there she had three different conversations and 2 phone calls telling the people on the phone oh no problem I have time-while I stood there and stood there without her ever answering my quick question. I was the least important person in there clearly! A zero for courtesy!

I feel I was overcharged for the service I ordered. I took my car in for brake pads and an oil change. Due to not having the brake callipers in stock I had to wait 7 hours and pay $668 in Labor for a simple maintenance on my vehicle. This service should have been under $500 but I had to pay $982 for the service. I didn’t even get all 4 brake pads replaced. I feel this dealership is very overpriced for the service I received.
