Super disappointing….felt
Like my time wasn’t of value and that
My service coordinator or what her they are called was moving at snails pace…as he was the last time I was there, but unfortunately when I asked to just have an appointment with anyone else I was denied…I work in an operating room…I go to work at 630…I’m lucky if I’m off by 7…I should be able to schedule an appointment with anyone on the service floor for my infrequent day off…they said it was because Darrel knew what was going on with my vehicle (you know since he’s been handling it once every 6-12 months) he didn’t even know why I was there (broken side mirror)…I could have had it serviced a week and a half sooner, but I was told I had to wait for availability with my “service provider”…all in all I would have to say that I haven’t had such **** service since venturing into a rural seven eleven
