I waited for four or five hours for an oil change to be completed on my vehicle. And when I received my vehicle back sensors were still on that would never discussed it with me. The service agent was not apologetic. He offered me no type of discount for the inconvenience. And he also seemed very dismissive of my feelings. I was very disappointed.
