Made an appointment to replace rear taillight assembly . Brake light wasn’t working and blinker bulb needed replacing.Told the lady that made the appointment that I would be waiting.Arrived at 39 minutes early for my appointment. Which didn’t seem to be received well.Escorted to the lounge talked to service advisor about 29 minutes later and was told it would be 3 o’clock or so before he would have any
word . I would think he would have known I was planning to wait ( but not 4hours) he didn’t offer a rental and I didn’t ask.( Guess I should have)Received a call and text around 4:30 in the afternoon and was told most of the parts would be their the next day but that one part would be maybe up to three days.My service advisor offered a loaner because it was a safety issue and woul be up to three days so I agreed.Got a ride to the dealer the next morning and picked up my loaner.Very nice experience.Received a tex next day around noon and was told my vehicle was ready.I secured another ride to the dealer and picked up my vehicle again a pleasant experience. Around 7:00 pm.I was running an errand and discovered my rear side marker on the same side.It was working when I dropped the vehicle off. I live 25 away so I ended up driving almost 125 miles for this issue. I would have thought if the side marker light wasn’t working when the work was completed it would have been noticed.I will replace the side warmer bulb myself instead of another 50 mile trip that should have been caught when the work was completed
