When I was called to be informed of XYNZ at no time was there do you have a minute to go over the concerns on your vehicle and I was in the middle of something so I placed him on mute so I could do what I was doing, and I feel that was very rude and inconsiderate.. his mannerism and professionalism is decent ..However, the communication and consideration is absolutely not.
