Darryl was great, but my appointment was at 1 p.m. for a oil change and new tire and we left at 4:15 p.m. due to checking on the car without getting full service which included a car wash and the service team didn’t change my oil date sticker on the window for my next reminder. This was our 1st time dealing with the Chatham Lexus dealership and didn’t expect to be there over 3 hours without experiencing the full services. . We had to follow up on the car status due to being there so long.
