My appointment was at 11 and I did not request a loaner b ed c C side I had limited time. My car was still in the parking lot at 11:35. This is not typical and maybe there was a mistake because this is the first time I have had Thomas as my agent. He was extremely cooperative and helpful.

Tomas is great to work with. He keeps me informed of what is going on with my vehicle. Having three Lexus vehicles with kids off at college can be a challenge to get the cars serviced. I could travel to another dealer closer to my kids but I want to give Chatham parkway Lexus my business. With that said I have to have a service department willing to meet my needs. That is what Tomas does, he works to accommodate me in scheduling my vehicles

First and foremost I had an appointment I scheduled for 245pm, get there my car didn’t go back till 315. I had an oil change scheduled and tire rotation and to check my outlet in my car for my Apple play. No service member explained or went over anything, Print me out my receipt and that was at 620pm. And I left worse service I experienced!
