Was very satisfied. Thomas is very nice and professional. I waited on my vehicle,I was on my way home after working the night shift. I went upstairs to relax and get a massage while I waited..That was the best 2 hrs I spent relaxing in a long time..I really appreciate the services..oh and the lemonade was really good.

I am retired with limited income. I want to keep me car in prime condition so it won’t leave me stranded somewhere but I don’t need to be prompted to buy service when it really may not be needed (at the time). I know Lexus needs to stay in business but maybe Lexus should show some consideration for its older senior customers. Like maybe some discounts on services. I’ve been a Lexus customer for more than 20+ years and have never been more happy with my vehicles.

Disappointed I had to wait for over 3 hrs to receive a replacement key and have my tailgate looked at. I was initially told I didn’t need an appointment. And that I could just drop by. After 2.5 hrs, I then received by text a multipoint inspection report listing all the services I needed. This could be a requirement for all customers that come in, however I wish I was better informed how long I would be waiting.
