On Saturday August 17th I came to get my vehicle serviced. I usually use Paige as an advisor but I was told that she was moved to a Subaru location. Daryl was my advisor and I was not satisfied with my service. I came for an oil change, and after waiting two hours for that, I was told that I needed a new battery. I had just brought a battery from this location less than 2 years ago so I was confused as to why I needed another one. After waiting another hour to get it installed Daryl called me back to his office. I was told my battery was under warranty still so a new one was free, but I did have questions on why my battery would be going dead so soon. He rushed through his explanation on how it’s man made and man made stuff fails. I then asked him did I have other warranties on my car. He told me that he had two people behind me that he needed to get to, and that if I had questions I could speak to the manager. I didn’t want to talk to a manager I wanted to speak to him. I was already sitting in his office. I literally waited 3 hours for an oil change and to get a battery replaced, so the least he could do was answer the questions I wanted to ask. Whenever I return I would like to have someone else as my advisor. The lady in the lobby was very nice and friendly and warm. Another lady took me upstairs to sit in the massage chairs and that experience was great. Daryl was my only issue.
