It was my very first service appt for 5000 mile service
Took about 1hr and 50min for them to put my car on rack
When estimated time was 1.5hrs
Several customers that came after me left approx 15-30min before me
Service advisor was rude, basically treated me like I shouldn’t have any complaints that 2hrs is minimum to wait for routine service
Spoke to service manager who was equally as rude and said 2hrs is “typical wait time to have car started to be seen by service”
if 2 hrs is typical time to have tire rotation and 12 point inspection for a car that has a little over 5000 miles I hate to know wait time for routine maintenance check tire rotation and oil change would be
