The lounge area is very nice with the exception of being approached by a solicitor selling cookies in there and did not expect that in the your facility.

I have been extremely happy with every time I have brought my car in except for this time. I said I would wait because it was going to be about an hour and half. All was good until I saw my car done sitting there for 20 minutes and I was not contacted. I then as I was standing by my car I get a text that I need a new air filter. So I was about to approve it when I was called into Darryl office. I told him that I just got this text and I want the air filter. I was told I missed my opportunity and it’s out and washed already. Then I was told it could happen but I would have to wait again. I was told it’s been busy and he was in a meeting but I had an appointment and I drove there and waited. I did not miss my opportunity because I was not notified.
