My complaint is likely minor! I only saw my service rep when I went looking for him after I saw my vehicle sitting in front of the window for approximately 15-20 mins. I was NEVER greeted after going inside. Another kind gentleman came to me when I pulled in and said Darrell/Daryl would be in to speak with me!I watch 5 other customers that arrived after I did leave and I was still waiting. Granted they may have had less extensive services, it still was a good look or experience.
