Larry is definitely an asset to your company in every way. I rate him as excellent, his wonderful demeanor, promptness in answering any questions, expertise knowledge, the promptness of getting my car taken right away, I received a loner car for as long as it took to take great care of taking care of the various problems, and I am definitely going to be returning to Lexus as a customer after the way everything was handled so smoothly. Larry also put me at ease that I was in the best of hands with my Lexus SUV. I feel great in knowing next time it be the same rewarding treatment!!!
