While I understand Larry was just doing his job yesterday There were some issues that arose such as my rental car we had expressed to the lady who made the appointment on Friday that my daughter would be dropping off the car and she will be driving the rental. She was not told that she needed to be on my insurance known that I could've made and she could've used the rental car. Additionally, she dropped off the car would take her to work and it would be about a five minute wait but we were on the phone approximately 17 minutes before, someone came to get her in a vehicle to take her to work which caused her to be late. She picked up the car. She was very disappointed that someone had left a big boot print of dust or dirt in the driver side floor mat in the passenger seat had been reclined all the way back and not pit upright as she said you would from Ford but not Lexus. Additionally, your service manager I think Maureen was supposed to call me back but she did not I would expect this like of customer service with Ford, but I Lexus to a higher standard management additionally, Larry was doing his job. He seemed more concerned about his survey than practicing
