This was my first experience with Lexus (having come from Mercedes) so maybe my expectations are off but the following frustrated: 1). I booked the service for 11.45am with clear instruction / agreement that I needed to be done by 2.30pm (2.45pm latest) so I could pick my son up from school. Frustratingly I had to wait until 5.30pm (and had to make arrangements for my wife to leave a client appointment to pick our son up from school). 2). I demonstrated that there was a rattle in the passenger door only to be told that there wasn’t / the service advisor couldn’t hear it. Fortunately another service advisor (Tomas Tovar) overhead the conversation and he said he would ensure they would get it looked at; there was a loose screw inside the door (behind the door handle) that was causing a rattle. So I’m pleased that you were able to fix it but frustrated that I was being told it wasn’t an issue originally. 3). I advised that there was a problem with the key / that the car keeps showing “key not found”. I was told you would replace the battery. When the car was complete at 5.30pm the problem with the key had not been resolved / the car keeps showing “key not found”. I was simply told “well we replaced the battery”. Frustrating because it hasn’t resolved the issue. 4). There were black / oily fingerprints left on the alcantara inserts in the drivers door when the car was ‘ready’. I took a photograph because the car was clean when I brought it in. Otherwise all good, the car seems fine. Thanks Ben
